I got out this morning and did 6.4 miles barely under 10 mins. I'm just happy that I was able to get out. I did feel quite heavy out there. I kept thinking slim fast my whole run!! do runners use slimfast. I'm thinking slimfast because I'm not running. Last year this time I was doing twice as much running. I know my little set back will pass. Just hope its sooner than later.

I've used slimfast for a while, but not for weight loss but as a recovery drink after a hard workout.

Try cutting down on sugar, best advice I can give.

I used to drink Slimfast in college before morning classes because I have trouble eating solid food early in the morning. I stopped because it just got to be too expensive!
