I'm trying to kick the habit of signing on first thing AM because 5 mins turns into 15 mins that I should be on the road. Man was it cold out there. This is the main reason I sign on in the morning to check the temp. I'm glad I dressed appropriately. When I came in from my run I learned that it was 18F when I went out.
5.11 miles @10:06 went to the gym did 20mins of weight training.

That's mighty cold running weather. It's been in the 20's here and I have been tempted to go outside at night, but prefer the warmth of the indoors.
Oh how I feel your pain - that is one of my biggest problems.... and what I am doing now. :)
Now, I am stepping away from the computer and heading to the gym :)
Hi Dawn
You are a lot tougher than me. When I get temps like that, it is all treadmill all the time.
Hope all is well.
it was 18F when I went out.

Be Safe out there and Bundle up !
Hurrah for the brave runner!! Good job. (And keep thinking: Spring will come.)
Yay for you for running outside and hitting the gym. Yesterday I did 12 outdoors at 28 degrees and it felt great. Thinsulite tanktop, shortsleeve and longsleeve; tights, gloves and headband did the trick nicely.
burrrrrr!!! I agree with Bob!!!
I know about how time gets away from you in blogland!! That is why I'm behind on mine! I read them on my cell, but try to remember to post when I get back to my desk.
Thanks for stopping by. Keep up the good running.
Nice to see you out and about again. Cold, what cold? Extra layer of clothes and vaseline and you're good to go ;-)
