Although it was only 38F this morning I went out in shorts and it felt wonderful. I think today was a beautiful day in the sixties and the only way I know this, is because I left work around 6:00pm and it was warm out.
My morning run was 4.45miles @9:32 pace went to the gym in the pm and got in another 6.28 on the treadmill @9:14., If I keep this up I will see improvements in my race times. the last two years I've always run my races 1 to 2 minutes faster than my training pace, so this is really
giving me hope.
Happy running!!

Cool! Good job picking up the pace. I'm hoping to do the same!!
You sound splendidly joyful.
Happy running to you too.
Nice job on those paces--keep it up!
You are a machine! I am hoping to get faster sometime soon myself.
Nice job! You sound excited! I'm excited for you! :)
Good stuff. I see that I am not the only crazy who does 2 a days. The only difference is that my doubles happen on Thursdays. Of course that also gives me an excuse to get either Mexican or Thai food.
Thanks for checking out my blog and now that I've found you I can't wait to see you break that 4 hour mark. If you keep up the training like you have been it will be no problem.
great job w/ the running...just don't stress if you have an occaisional day where your easy pace is slower. Overall looks like you're headed for some speedy times!
It's always nice to get 2 runs in in one day. I like it when I can get one in.
