The week was good, I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed. I do like my runs to be longer than 5 and 6 miles. I guess if I really want to get the longer ones in I could get out at 4:15AM like Thomas. I'm just not that brave. From Sunday to Saturday my garmin said I did 44 miles with an average pace pace of 9:48 so I'm pretty happy with that. Add another 18 miles at the gym on the treadmill that gives me a total of 62 miles for the week all averaging under 10mins I really can't complain about not getting in enough miles this week. I need to get out in the AM at 5:30 to get my average distance I've become accustomed to, of about 8-9 miles. 5:30am is still pretty dark for me and I guess I'm just not as brave as I use to be.
Saturday I got out there and did my first 5.5 miles dedication run for Ryan Shay, like many others my thoughts were of him and his family and felt wonderful to be apart of such a wonderful dedication.
Not much more to go on about accept I'm truly enjoying my runs and thank God for giving me such a wonderful gift.
November 11-14 Total: 62 miles @9.48

Running in the dark must be safer in the morning than evening.
I don't know if you have mentioned not finding anybody to run with you in the dark.
You are really putting in the miles, Sweetie. Wow. Impressive!
Best not to trip over all those leaf bags in the dark this time of year.
No way - I didn't see that about the memorial run. OK, I'm going to do mine after my parents leave town. Otherwise, I won't be focused enough on him. I'm doing hills tomorrow, but would rather schedule 5.5. He was one of my picks to cheer for in the race, I just can't wrap my mind around it.
OK - if this makes you feel better about your mileage - I only got in about 30. You got like twice as much - I want to take you up on the offer to run with each other, but quite a commute from Texas! haha!
Wow--62 miles! I just got in 34 on a build-up week. :) I'm working to get up in your range. You're doing great!
that is a pretty darn good mileage week. getting ready for anything in particular?
Wow. That's a lot of mileage.
That's a lotta mileage at a good clip. I'm impressed! What're you training for a marathon or something? I got in, um, 7 miles last week. I'm doing my speed work, see (solo miles). You could describe it another way though (lazy). Keep up the good work!
Nice week, Dawn! Truly a gift indeeed. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Lok at you with that high mileage. If you can crank out over 60 a week, you are putting in some serious work. I know because when you try and do this while working and family are still your number one priorities it is tough. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Happy Thanksgiving. Happy running, super runner!
