You seem pretty cool - I saw links to your blog on someone else's site.
Anyway, you picked a great book. Try Jack Daniels "The running Formula" as well. I can copy the schedules for your goal marathon if you'd like (if you don't want to invest in the book).
I'll bet you can get a wicked fast PR if you perhaps pick a goal marathon, and not do as many marathons or races leading up (though a short race every 2-3 weeks is always good, maybe more often for track or 5K races). Just a suggestion...I know I always run faster if I focus on something specifically!

Dawn, given how many races you do, I figured you wrote that book anyway.
I actually read the book first, but due to my schedule had a hard time following the program. It's definitely worth the read.
