I'm sad, very sad,Malik, our Siberian Husky died after giving us almost seventeen beautiful years. He pass away yesterday. He was our truest, and bestest buddy and although I've been told that dogs have no soul, Malik we know you are in doggy Heaven, we love you buddy.

Dawn, I am so sorry to hear about your dog. It's hard to lose a furry family member.
Enjoy your run tomorrow! Early start that it is.
So sorry to hear about Malik. My Siberian Husky is about 13 years old and hobbles more and more each year. My other dog is 12 years old. I am dreading the days already.
Very sorry to read about your dog. We've also had multiple dogs living with us and it is never easy when one of them dies.
You're doing real well with the program. Happy to see that you are backing off a little on the recovery days and hit the tempo run hard. Each week will get a little harder, but you'll be suprised at how fast you'll progress.
Condolences on your loss. We recently had to put our dog down after 12 years - the house seems somewhat less a home without the click-click-click of beagle claws on the hardwood welcoming me home.
I don't know about the soul thing, I kind of think they do. I will never forget when I lost my dog, Sugar when he was 16. It hits home a lot harder than you expect. They really are part of the family.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Hope your boys are getting through it okay as well.
