I was out in just enough time to get this 11 miler done. I still need to get out earlier, it was a struggle and I almost made my son late to school but I squeezed it in. I really don't think the P plan is design for slow pace runners as myself, my last 5k result wasn't listed on the charts!!!! but I'm going to stick with it. I think I'm looking for a miracle from this one:)and its better to have a plan than no plan at all!!!
Have a great running weekend!!!

You got 'er done, nice work! The P plan can be tough but remember to take the easy days real easy-easy or it'll come back to bite you.
Nice job getting it done. It's a good feeling.
You got out and got the run in. You'll spend a lot of time on your feet with the 70 MPW plan, but it can be done. The fun really begins next week when you have your first 4 mile tempo run at the back end of a 9 miler. I think that run will be the fast 9 miles you've ever run.
Sheesh, your 5K ain't there? You'll just have to run a faster 5K, woman! You'll show 'em!
your pace sounds fast to me, nice job!
I don't know the P plan, but I would say any plan can be tweaked to fit.
Great job getting the 11 miler in!!
Great Job Dawn!!
