Today was my official rest day. If it wasn't raining so hard this morning I think I would have gone to the gym. I took advantage the soothing effects of the rain and stayed in bed.
Here is the plan for this week:
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 9 mi w/4 @15K/half pace
Wednesday: 11 mi MLR
Thursday: 5 mi rec
Friday: 12 mi MLR
Saturday: 5 mi rec
Sunday: 17 mi MLR
A great running week to all.

Good luck with the 4 @ 15k effort tomorrow. Keep the recovery days easy. I hope the rain subsides for you.
Looks like another GReat week of Training !!
Be sure to keep those rest days restful. In the beginning you might feel the urge to cheat, but as you move through the program you'll start to appreciate the rest days.
You 9:04 pace in your 10K wasn't bad for a long run. If you ran it at a 10K pace, you wouldn't have been able to complete the rest of your long run. Sounds like you used the race to your advantage and got in the training per plan.
Sleeping in with Rain - my FAVORITE!
Oh, I love sleeping in in the rain more than running in it. Make sure you rest, Dawn, ya hear?
That's some serious mileage in your plan. If you can sustain that, and not over-race this year, your PRs will drop by a massive amount.
Good Luck!
