Today was the last day of my training week. The first week of the plan is complete. I'm glad, but I can't say I'm very happy with my performance. Today was my 15miler. I started with a warm up of 1.0 miles then the 10K BB series race, which was very disappointing to me. Not completely sure what my final time was I did not stop my watch. Took a quick bathroom brake, fuel up got going with the rest of my long run!! my first week ended with just a bit over 60miles.

wednesday:8.86mi@10:16 pace AM 4.96 mi @ 9:42 pace pm
Thursday: 5.15 mi rec @9.60
Friday: 11.18 mi @10:28 pace

Nice job on the first week. At 60 miles you must be following the more than 55 a week plan.
WOW Great Week DawnB! Hey 60 times 52 weeks is 3120 miles for the year--whew!! that's moving up to ULTRA Training :-)
Great job!! You may not be pleased with your performance, but I'm way impressed. Remember, not every workout week will be what you think of as your best, but better to have that week towards the beginning!
Cool to put in a 10K in the middle of your run! :)
