I did not get out there with time this morning. Very disappointed with myself. For one, I am blogging too late. I should be in bed!!! I did 8.86 miles this morning, because that was all the time I had. Not good. I went to the track and met with the group. Haven't done this in a while. I managed to squeeze in another 4.96. But I know this is not the way it should be done. Friday I plan on doing better in getting out the door!!! If I goof up again, I'm not being very committed. Dawn you will conquer this.

The Wednesday longer runs are tough to get done. You'll get there Dawn. You got the miles in. That's a plus.
Take a deep breath Dawn ... you'll get into the swing of things. As Rob said, these mid-week medium-long runs are tough at first. You just get use to getting up really early to squeeze them in.
You will succeed.
Hang in there!! You are way dedicated, so don't beat yourself up too bad... you'll get back in the swing. Even with days like this - you still inspire. May not have gotten the workout you wanted - but none the less, you got in a good run.
Hey, life happens and then there's work always getting in the way too. Those med long runs were and still are the toughest runs to get through for me but you find a way. Hang in there!
Good Job Dawn, awareness is half the battle U will get into ur grove on that routine.
