I need to pack

Taking a one day trip to Pittsburgh to support my little sister Maryann in her second Fitness Competition. I've always watched them on television so this will be a new experience. Flight leaves at 6 :15AM so we would leave here about 4:15 we is my mom, and sister Gracie.


My run on Thursday was ok not as great as Wednesday but not bad. Today I felt that I was just plain old tired!!
