I am sitting here thinking about so much, still not sure about my training.  I am not getting out early enough to get the miles in like I should.  I know I need to take control but haven't got a clue.

Get out earlier or run in the evenings along with the mornings. Double runs are a great way to get tons of miles in. Just make one of the two runs per day a recovery run.
You can and will do this. Just believe.

Maybe now you need to run this mileage and no more. Take your time and very soon you will run all the miles you have scheduled. All the best.
