On my run this morning I felt strong. I did not expect it, especially that I did XC last night. I ran this morning edging under 11 min miles have not done that in a while on my training runs. All my best pace within the miles were 7:30s and below, if only I could hold on to that for the whole mile, LOL. I went to bed late again so I was only able to do 7.25 of the 10 miles I had planned. I made up the miles tonight by running another 4.75 miles in Waveny Park after work . I felt good there as well. With that note I need to go to bed now, maybe I will be out the door no later than 5:30 tomorrow.
