The day was long, I thought for sure that I would have a lousy workout. The run went well and I was instantly revived. I am glad I DECIDED NOT TO BE A COUCH POTATO TONIGHT. When you least expect it, good things happen.

Happy Running

Those are usually the best days. The ones where you aren't quite sure you have it in you, but you somehow pull out a great workout. It's always nice to prove yourself wrong!

It's always the days when we think the run will be bad, it's actually good. Glad you had a good one.

Hi Dawn
