Just finish watching the Superbowl and decided I better post something before heading off to bed: My week went ok. I missed a few days last week because something required my attention. This week ended with the Boston Buildup 20K. The morning was cold and it really did not seem like I started running until about mile 7, I guess this is what happens when you get to a race with not enough time to warm up . We had a great turn out regardless of the frigid weather, said allot of hello's to the regulars . After the race all I could think of was getting in out of the cold. I went to the gym for more than an hour and it took at least 20 minutes on the elliptical for me to warm up. You would think by now I would know to bring a change of cloths but of course I never do. I am really going to put some effort into getting in a minimum of 50 miles this week, I think I should be training for a marathon . I hope also to post again before the week is over. Have a great week.

Awesome miles!!!
Be careful with adding mileage and getting enough rest inbetween runs. Your doing great good luck!
so you went to the gym and got on the elliptical after doing the 20K?
you are amazing. The elliptical for me replaces running, I do one or the other NEVER both!
That wind was wicked yesterday
Nice mileage - Keep it up and break the goal. Why? - Because you can!
Hey Dawn! Good luck with your training. Which marathon do you want to run?
Always impressive and inspiring: YOU!
Wow, 20k, then the gym. You're either superfit or took it easy on the run. Actually either way you're superfit!!!
