I went out for a short recovery run this morning, not sure what I was recovering from. I was surprise to find that I was a little stiff. I made a mistake and put on one of my very tight tights, I felt very restricted. The 4.45 miles went well just a tad faster than yesterday and I felt good after the run.

You did run 13 miles. That takes a bit of recovery. I hope the new shoes work for you.
