Busy week, pretty good weather this week for Feburary. I took advantage of it as best I could. Right now a cold artic blast coming our way. So I'm happy I made the best of this week. After my double last post. Monday I took a rest day. Tuesday I did 6.25 miles, Wednesday 5.5 miles. Thursday I woke up just in time to do about 3.0miles on Friday I got in another 6 miles. I went out on Satuday it was a beutiful day I just could not pass it up, Saturday was also the 9 on the 9th. I didn't want to run too hard, so I tried my best to take easy, I finish my 9 miles in about 1:32 again I felt the urge to make it a double digit so I did another mile for a grand total of 10.01. The BB 20k was today. The morning did not start out great up until two minutes before the race I was not sure if I was going to wear a jacket or not. Finally I decided not to and it turned out ok. I finished todays 20k in about 1:57. about my usual time for this course. Very, Very hilly, this course tries to mimick the Boston Marathon and alot of people use them as their training runs. That is all I have. Hope everyone have a great running week.

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 6.25miles
Wednesday: 5.5miles
Thursday : 3 miles
Friday: 6.0 Miles
Saturday: 10.01 miles 1:32
Sunday: 20K 12.4miles 1:57

Happy running

Yeah, Dawnie B, I see you're still racking up the miles. Thanks for joining us on the 9 (even though you smoked me good!)

Hope you had a great weekend. I should have a full race report up sometime tomorrow.

Hi Dawn

Glad all is well and as usual, you do some incredible miles. We are in the middle of that cold stuff right now and it is pretty miserable.

Great 9 on the 9th.

Wow, sounds like you are getting the miles in. I feel guilty for all my missed days with nicer weather out here. I'll think of you when I get busy this week and MAKE it happen! :)
