week is going well
My week is going well, progressing nicely with the book!! I'm practicing going to bed at a decent time. Now I have to practice not signing on in AM to check weather as it ends up being a whole half an hour later before I'm out the door. Thats' three miles I lost because I'm on the computer!!!

I know what you mean about needing to get more sleep...AND about trying to waste less time on the computer (it's easy to dawdle there).

It's a great book, in fact it's been my running bible for several years now. So just pick one and get with the program will ya? Vast improvement is just around the corner.
I wish I had your discipline and structure. As much as you talk about getting late starts to your runs, you seem to get good training in.
I hope the program in the book works out for you.
Yeh ... you need to stay off the computer until you get back from your run. Have fun this weekend. Are you racing both days again?
Now that the weather is getting warmer, that should be easier, right? I turn on the weather channel with mute on while I get dressed. I am glued to the "what to wear" link from runners world. Don't need it much when it is warm out, but it is a must when trying to figure out how many layers of junk to put on in the winter (I'd wear a fur parka if I didn't read it).
Sleep? What's that?
