Nice and Easy this morning

I did my recovery loop of five miles this morning and I felt really good. I didn't do much updating last week. We(Elliott & I) did pretty well last week accept for Thursday (Elliott had a meet) and Sunday(I did the marathon.)

May 6th
26.2 miles (LI ) @9.46pace

May 5th

6.2 mi w/Elliott gym/2X18 circuit

May 4th
6.07 miles AM @10:21 pace
7.01 mi PM w/Elliott gym 3X18

May 3rd
4.45 miles am 10:15 pace (tire from yesterday)
Elliott had a track meet pm

May 2nd
I rested Am
5.2 miles pm w/Elliott

May 1st
6. miles AM 10:33
3.5 miles pm (w/Elliott after meet)

April 30th
5.01 recov. run from 10K
3.01 pm w/Elliott Gym circuit

Wow, great job on the marathon!!

No pressure - everyone has different race goals and ideas, but if I were you I'd focus on ONE marathon and go for sub 4!!

Hey lady! You are contagious. Read my last paragrpah on the "1200 repeats" post. I'm going to try to "pull a Dawn" on Memorial Day weekend. You are inspiring!
