Another run that went well. Did the opposite of yesterday. Picked up the pace a bit but not much. Today was another nice day. Tomorrow I will go for at least 7 miles.

Dawn, congrats on More marathon!!! I worked with announcer their first year in 2004 and it was so uplifting! Way to go, gilr!
