Tuesday it was -11f when I went out was not able to do pm run came home cook for the boys then went to freshman parents orientation, Kelly will be in high school in the fall!!! I like the way this sound I'll have two freshman in the fall

Today it was 0F warmer than yesterday!!! took me forever to get out the door. I dressed in layers this morning and could barely move out there. Tonight I went to
the track thought for sure I would get my 1200's in, the track was covered with ice. we ran around the school's parking lot I averaged about 9:12 to 9:28 so I'm not too,too sad at least I was at a faster pace than what I'm usually at. Right now I'm thinking there is no way I'll get 15 miles in on Thursday!!! I'm praying that mind over matter will payoff.

-11F ... what's that -24C! That's way below my threshold. When it's that cold, you could spend some time on the treadmill.

Hope it warms up a little very soon. It hit 81F in Phoenix yesterday.

Down here in Houston I think we are about 10 below at the moment (10 below 60 degrees that is). The only ice I ever see is in my freezer, and my hat is off to you for getting out there and braving the elements. Of course, come May when we have heat indexes about 90 for 6 straight months before the sun even comes up, I'll wish I was where you are. If you get a chance, please visit my running web site, Faithful Soles. I have a categorized and searchable Running Blog Database on there and would appreciate it if you would link your blog to it. I also have my own blog, but most of my information is on the main web site. Thanks and continued good luck in your training.

Below zero is crazy! Don't feel bad, just make it another day.
Good you made it to a track, and yes, posting workouts usually keeps me honest too.
