I'm on track for my 5th week I will post the schedule soon. This morning I just did not get out early enough to get the 15 miles in. I did only 12. I was hoping to get to track to night and run with the group but I was at work until almost 7:00pm. So I'm really feeling guilty. I'll see where tomorrow takes me.

Dang, don't beat yourself up for not doing the perscribed amount of mileage that you wanted to do. Don't worry about it. In the grand sceam of things it really doesn't matter. You are out there every day and that what really counts.
