Nice and Easy



Dynamic: is what being a runner is all about. I took it easy this morning just about 6 miles. I'm running the Circle of Friends 10k mini in Central Park on

Saturday. I love this race and also the New Haven 20k as this is the closet I'll ever get to some of the top female runners . I going to my son's game tonight and I'm getting the rest I need tonight. I have to be in Central Park by 7:30Am!!
