Lately there seems to be quite a bit of technical difficulties with web sites. Not sure what is going on. Haven't been able to post and tonight I could not get a image down loaded to my page at all. Well I'm sure this too shall pass.

On Monday I did an easy five miler, lets call this my recovery run. I did my long run on Saturday then the 8k race Sunday afternoon. So Monday is indeed my recovery run :). I had an excuse to go even slower than I normally run.

Tuesday why don't we just call this another recovery run. It was 2o degrees but felt like 10 and the wind was blowing. This morning felt like a struggle and struggle I did.

I wanted to scream when I hit the door and it felt like Tuesday all over again, agh!! I decided to go to the gym instead and run on the terrible mill. Where is our spring!!!
Tonight PM I made it to the track to do speed work with the group. I warmed up for 2.75 miles through the trails. I haven't been on that trail for a while. This was a welcome change. Why don't we call this another recovery run :).
Speed work: I believe I did 3X1200,1x800 1X400 w/400 recovery.
Why all these recovery run because I have to make a decision between a marathon and 30K this weekend. This is a tough decision to make. I'm going to have to sleep on it.
