I did 8.87 miles on Saturday, nice and easy because the Boston Buildup 10K is on Sunday. The seventh is also the 1st anniversary of my Mom's husband of 35years my step Dad of 35years death I spent the day with my mom. I just did not want her to be alone today. I even waited until she fell a sleep before I went home. "Dad we miss you, But all our trust is God and we know that you are right there with him."
