And its alcohol, I can not drink and not because I don't want to. Last night when I got home I decided to have a half a glass of wine and it did me in. This morning I could barely break 11min miles and it wasn't until the 3rd mile I felt the fog lifting. Gosh I'm a lousy drunk.
On the bright side of things, the weather was nice just a little breezy and I decided this morning to stick to a main road. I only dealt with one hill and base on how I was doing I would have die trying to do more.
