And shame on people who think you have to run under _ mins miles to be a runner, shame on people who believe you can't make a comment about courses being short or long because "4 1/2 hour marathoners complaining about the course as if it would have made the difference for the o trials or something."Same on people who said "maybe you should just try running faster" Shame on those who said your body is not built for distance running, shame, shame, shame.... I just had to get that off my chest.
I am a runner because I remember this past summer I told another runner that "non runners have not discovered what we have" with a smile on my face.
"NON RUNNERS HAVE NOT DISCOVERED WHAT WE HAVE" :)
once again I am taking it easy. So here's what I've done so for this week I done think I should have more than 15 miles + marathon on Sunday.
