I went out on Monday morning I was a little stiff so I took it easy. I did a recovery run of 10:30mins miles. I took my son Elliott to the Y this morning so he can work out with his team mates. I stretched for about 15 mins did 300 crunches then did a little circuit training. Monday PM I took Elliott back to the gym to show him how to use a second set of machines.
Monday:
6 miles AM
30 min circuit training
2 miles pm on treadmill.
Tuesday:
5 miles
40 mins circuit.
