After yesterday I took a break at the gym today. I'm trying to get some time in on the treadmill. I want to be able to spend longer periods of time on the treadmill for those brutal winter days when I need to. Today I was on it for 55 mins on a hill course. I did ok of course I had my HRM on it told me I was at 80 t0 85% of max which was good. I listended to my boring tape again. I was also able to get in a circuit of weight training. :).
I'm looking forward to The Leatherman's Loop on Sunday. My third year doing it and its always fun.
