I did a long one today. No chance to get to the gym afterwards. I did about 13 miles. I'm looking forward to going to the gym Friday. I listened to my Test tape recording the whole time so I really soaked it in. I kept my eyes on my HRM I was right on target, 75-80% while listening to this boring tape. My day went well and I felt good.
