I had a great run in the rain this morning. I would never intentionally go out and run in pouring rain though, especially this time of year. When I went out this morning it was 50F and not a drop of rain in sight although the forecast called for it today. By mile two a nice welcomed drizzle came and by then I was warmed up and have already removed my running shirt and tied it around my waist, I felt wonderful. I wanted to be out there today because I really bomb on my long run the day before. I wanted to do 18 but had to cut it short at 16 and walked for about a mile until I got home. Today made up for what didn’t happen yesterday so I am grateful.

Things are starting to warm-up in the South. 80 today. Wished it was 50. Nice long run - Looking strong.
Indeed 16 is not that short....
I ran under the rain too but I don't dislike.
ahhh those runs, Dawn. We live for those runs. They make up for all the others
16--nice. It's been a coupla years since I got one of those runs in. But I'm up to four runs a week, 4 miles ea. run, in my comeback attempt. Keep up the good work.
