I'm pretty glad the way this week went. The morning runs was cut short because I could not get myself out the door. I did my best to do some runs at the Y on the treadmill in the evenings. I've decided that Kelly will be 16 in July and I need to try to trust him a little more, slowly he seems to be getting out of the teenager from hell period. I remember mine started at 14 and ended at 15. I think it takes a little longer with boys. How the heck can brothers be so different. So I've done well even with getting home and cooking.
I hope I'm not talking too soon, but I'm starting to feel almost normal again. Last week I did over 50 miles and this week will be over 50 as well. I really like the fact that I've started resistant training again. The runs outside have been slow but I've picked it up on the treadmill in the evenings, another sign that I'm not a morning person any longer.
I will have another good week next week as Kelly will be taking CAPT all next week and he does not have to be at school until 10:10 AM yea for me. Gives me another week to train for the 25k that was cancel this weekend because of the pending snow, ice storm on Sunday. I will need to do a longer one tomorrow, so I'm honestly going to try to get to bed now. Good news I'm down 4 lbs.
Have a great week end and Happy running.
