I tried to run this morning but my stomach felt like it would fall out right in front of me, so I walked around the block. Last night was the first night since Sunday that I got a good nights sleep. I haven't ran since Saturday. It Started Sunday night, this Constance dash to the bathroom. Went to work on Monday barely made it through the day. Got home about 5:15 was in bed till the next morning thought I was feeling better but late afternoon the feeling came back miss XC last night. I feel much better today but I still feel my stomach rambling so I miss Track tonight as well. God please let it go away I don't like this feeling of helplessness, plus its keeping me from my passion and that can't be good at all.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. Get lots of rest, drink lots of water and maybe make a tea out of some ginger root for your tummy. Feel better soon.

sucks not to be able to run but it makes the come back better. Rest now, it won't hurt your training and enjoy the run on your way back
