Made it through the weekend, we ask for it we got it summer!! a preview for whats heading our way, not pretty but year after year we endure. Looking forward to the start of a new week. Getting out there as early as possible and getting it done. I'll have incorporate some evenings runs as well to get my body adjusted. I learned the hard way this weekend. Man its way too early to have dripping wet socks already.

I hope everyone is coming off a wonderful weekend.

Thanks for thinking of us. Drugs for myeloma are getting more on target.
So humid today, but not as hot as you are having, I think. But spring sure was short.
Wishing you a good week.

there was a big race here in Middletown NY, the Classic 10K. People were dropping like flies. I couldn't run, I had other issues... You wonder if it would be wise to postpone a race due to unsafe temperatures...but then again, it is june so...

Dawn ---good thing I ran on the treadmill this a.m. (thinking Waveny would be too hot) as it is now postponed to 6/12. Maybe will see you there, but will definately be at cook your buns. You are going to do 4-5 races this weekend like Kate! woo hoo! I will shoot for only 3 --I could barely wal outside yesterday, BTW, it was so brutal. Congrats on surviving the weekend.

I see you have been busy as always. Whenever I start to get tired, I think about you and how much you accomplish.
