Dawn -hope you had a good mother's day --congrats on the 10K. Great photo of you on Frank's blog! Am sure that Don was thrilled to have you help out. Thanks for yor comments on the Greenbelt 50K -it was a tough trail run and I am very slow on trails...just happy it is over with and can recover this week.
