To Everyone Running Boston on Monday, Good Luck and have a great race. I wish I could be there with you but I haven't paid my dues yet!! You've earned the privilege, now go kick butt, your dedication and hard work will pay off.

My week have been hell!!! I was off from work today and did a very easy 8 miler. What a wonderful morning. I broke a mode and went out for my run mid morning.

My mom is coming home tomorrow!!! I am so happy. She will still need therapy 5 days a week. I wished it were only a dislocated shoulder, but she damaged her rotator cuff and severely damaged muscle tissue in her left arm because of her accidentally falling in her yard September of last year. She have made tremendous progress the last few months but still have a ways to go to get back movement in her fingers. I thank God daily for helping us through this difficult time.

Today was the longest I've ran all week I plan on running Thursday and resting Friday after I go get my son from college (4hrs round trip) for the weekend, Saturday , there is a marathon in the picture. I'm looking forward to running along the beautiful shoreline of New Jersey.
