I've been such a bad girl this week, I don't think any of my runs this week were over 5 miles. There were two mornings I overslept and did not get out, but tried to get out after work in between getting home feeding my son and going to see my mom. I hope to do a longer one tomorrow before church lets hope this goes as plan. Running the More in less than two weeks will be on pure determination. I'm thankful that with all this chaos I'm some how following my usual racing schedule and pretty much achieving my usual results, I'm not sure how, again pure determination.

Today I did the The Bunny Boogie A fun race , the women starts 2:30mins before the men. The course is not bad except for that hill in mile two. I believe I was being very cautious today. I felt I was holding back because, I was actually worried about burning out. this course is one you can surely get a nice PR on, my time just have not come yet. My final time 25:18 Not my worse not my best. Here are my splits: 7:58, 8.49, 8.26

HAPPY EASTER TO ALL.

Nice job. I think a lot of it is you have an incredible base. Your body knows what to do.

Hi Dawn

I think those splits look pretty darn good. As a few people have said lately on their blogs, this time of year it is tough to find the motivation. Warm weather should help.

I think those splits are fantastic, Dawn. You have such a great base, I have no doubt you are better trained that you think. We always doubt ourselves so much. Use my club and beat those thoughts down. :D

Thanks for your kind words!!
