I've been pretty lucky with the runs this week, still not the mileage I want and I'm moving at a snails pace but I'll take what I can until I'm back on track.
I do expect to loose this extra pounds I've packed on. I will eat breakfast, silmfast lunch, eat dinner. Lately all my eating have been comfort eating. Why didn't I change the batteries in the bathroom scale? I just have get back to thinking about everything I eat until I rev the miles up again.
6 miles Monday
5 miles Tuesday
4.34 miles Wednesday AM 3.01 miles pm
I hope everyone is having a good week.

Glad to hear you are getting back to your running ways. Once you are back to it, the pounds will come off for sure.
The way you have run in the past there is no way you won't lose those pounds. Best of luck with the training.
You're not packing on pounds, you're packing on miles! Twice in one day! You are committed and your goal will soon come.
It's easy to put on a few when the mileage goes down and you don't adjust. Bear down and they'll slip away soon. I have to remember my own advice as taper time approaches.
Maybe it's hard to tell whether pounds are muscle or fat. Good luck with packing on the miles!!
Every week's a new week. Good luck with the running. I consider any week a good week if I can get at least some runs in - just as long as it's not a total zero!
I know how you feel about the mileage. I am hoping for bigger numbers as well.
I am astounded that a 3:05 marathoner worries about pounds!
