I finished my week OK not great. Saturday my mind was not where it should have been for a run. I was in a million places yet nowhere at all. I did not run on Saturday even with the threat of the huge storm I just did not get out. Today I did not run again, lets just call these true rest days for me. Monday is a new day, I hope its not a treadmill day but it just might be.
Hope everyone have a new beginning this week and nothing but great runs. :)

Rest is overrated.
ummm rest is so not overrated for Dawn... way to get some TRUE rest days in Hun.
Have a great week!
I bet your runs will be so much better after the rest.
For many people, this is a bad sign. For you... this is GOOD to let your body have a break.
Even my coach has me taking 2 weeks off. Don't guilt yourself, embrase, enjoy, renew - then go for it!
Sometimes you've got it and sometimes you don't. As hard as you have been training lately, you owe yourself some down time. Sounds kind of like me right now!
Hope you are having a great holiday season.
Rest is okay once in a while :D
I think you deserve a little break. Have a great week!
sounds like you need the rest! Happy Holidays
Best wishes for your week!
Merry Christmas, Dawn!
