In my most defeated moment today, I wanted to quit and call it a day. This is why I know there is something more in store for me, because today I got a second chance, and through the will of God I added another 7.55 miles!!!and it felt good, it felt really good.
still have my long run but this is my week:
7/21-Sunday 18 miles (scheduled)
7/21-Saturday 12.0 miles- back on track
7/20-Friday 5.2 miles am barely 12 mins miles :(
7/19-Thursday 5.5miles 2X5 Hills. too stiff after speed
7/18-Wednesday- 15miles-9.27AM 5.73 pm w/ 6X400 & 1X800
7/17-Tuesday- 11miles 8.06 AM 3.1 Xc race pm
7/16-Monday- 5 miles easy (rest/recovery)

Congrats on hanging in there and making it happen. You are right on track woman! :)
I've had several "wanting to quit" moments in different aspects of life lately, and applaud you for continuing on. It's not easy sometimes; that's for sure...but it's very empowering to give it a go...
