what a difference sleeping makes. I'm starting to feel better!! still not blazing the trails but feeling good!!I've made it out the door before six!!! almost back to normal. I'm up by five so I should be out the door by 5:15, don't you think? I need to cut the computer stop off in the morning!! it can't be the weather I'm checking!!! next goal nix the computer stop in the morning.

Glad you are feeling better. I can't imagine why you would be tired. You only did three races last weekend...I think you have earned the rest.

My morning computer stop is the death of me. It's so hot out there today I cut my run short! I hope you're cool and rested.

It takes me at least 30 minutes to get going and there is no computer. Need coffee 1st! Good way to beat the heat though.
