This morning before I went out to run, I was thinking that I need to stop at Sport Authority after work and get some cliff bloks and gels. On my run this morning I got stopped by Karen the race directors wife and also one of my Wednesday night bud when I do go to track workout. She handed me a $20.00 gift cert to sport authority!!! this was for my age group placing at the Accelerate your life 5k. Although I felt great because of a good night sleep this added a nice little zip to steps. Looks like the Bob Cooke 5k results finally posted 27:54 I did a whole 4 secs faster!
