Putting of what can be done today
Back to this again!!!There is not much to say. I did what I could when I could. I stood in all day on Saturday. I didn't even venture out to the gym. So that ment everything I didn't do on Saturday I had to do today. I'd also plan on going to the gym after church but after I got every thing done the gym was closing in 45mins by the time I change and get there I would only have maybe 30 mins. The sun was shining brightly, and I notice earlier when I was out although there was no sidewalks the streets were pretty clean. So at 5:07 I was out the door sharing the road with the cars with 30-35MPH winds in my face. I felt really good getting the 5.5 miles in of course it really should have been more.

5.5 miles in 35MPH headwinds. That sounds to me like you actually ran about 12 miles with all of the added resistance. That is certainly something to be proud of.
Great job!!
Nice job getting out there, Dawn! I rejoined my gym because of this storm. I figured I never know when winter will end.
It's supposed to be a sunny 60* on Sunday!

OK - I hope that trip you are planning... if you are going to run on it - you pick a place that is warm and low winds! You have earned it!!
