Well ... how did your track workout go? I just love a good track workout on a beautiful morning.
BTW ... I think I've solved my problem with BETA. I created an ID in Google as well as a dummy ID that points back to my real blog. It's not perfect, but at least it lets me comment on Beta Blogs again.
It is always good to have a great run. I am hoping it stops downpouring rain here by the scheduled track workout tonight at 6:30.
Here's to a great run! I am due for one in a half hour.
