Awful fall


I guess I was due for one. I'm not sure why this happens but when I'm running along feeling pretty darn good and thinking just how good I'm feeling the rug slips from under my feet and down I go. This is not the first fall I've had that happen I really have no explanation of why.

Results of my tumble, my left arm at my elbow is swollen with a big scratch. My left knee have a big lump on it with a huge exposed scratch. My left hand pinky have a gash half way up my finger. And after all this I got up dust myself off and started running again.
