I'm not sure what is going on but I have not been un able to go the complete running site since my last post. I even tried to get on at work but I was not able to. I hope someone can shed some light on this. I can't even get to the Blog Father to ask the question.
Any way the last few days have been ok. I'm still feeling the effects of not enough sleep this weekend. My runs have been ok the last few days not great. Life goes on and so must I.
