GYM Day


I got to the gym late this morning. I guess I could have challenged myself and run outside this morning but I thought twice about it and headed to the gym instead. I did 7 miles on the mill, the first mile was a warm up. I told you I've been feeling pretty good on my runs lately so this morning should not have been a surprise. I'm not sure if it was because of not running or the snacking I did all day Sunday but I do believe I PR on the mill with a 48.3 mins 6 miler and I did this on a slight .7 incline for at least two miles. I only did a few of the circuit machines because that was all the time I had, at least I didn't have to take the boys to school this morning.

I don't know how you do it. I really had to push myself to get to 5 the other night...I just get so bored, even with my music.
