Who dares to challenge today in anything more than a 5k today. I did and I'm paying for it now. Here is to hoping I feel better by Sunday Morning so I can do my long run.
Not much sleep last night. Took the boys to the pre-season game of the Jets vs. lions. Did not not get in until almost one. The Jets won, my son favorite team.
