You look strong and in perfect shape. Very nice pic with a beautiful winter landscape. Never done a 30K, in Italy this distance is not usual. Enjoy spring time.
Dawn, you should have done my 30K. Frank and Emmy missed it because they were doing the 100 miles. Mine was 81.4 miles too short for them.
