Since I received the news about NYC I've been on cloud nine. This is like the perfect gift to get me out of this rut. I can't tell you how busy its' been. Still out there most days. Runs are still not long enough. I only have a week or so before I have to start the training. I've been racing as usual, well not as usual worst than ever. Just going through the motions. My races are totally starting to feel like my training runs but I'm slogging on. I've started to visit the gym a bit more now that I finally settled on Worlds Gym, the nice thing is they are open until 10:00pm most nights.

My son is out of college for the summer. He had a great semester and I'm very proud of him. He is trying to get back his summer job from last year no luck.

My younger one has finally decided to play football ball again. School is not over yet for him he still have a few more weeks to to but in his mind he think its June he is home free. I have to keep reminding him to stay on track.

Thank you all for you well wishes for NYC. I just hope not to blow it this time around.

Happy running.

it will fall into place, you know that. I am where you are right now. After not running due to my knee pain for 5 weeks, I feel like I never ran, it is so hard. But you will find it back. Maybe I'll go to NY to see you

NYC - Way cool. In order to train hard and stay focused, you need a target. You will do great things at NYC - Trust and believe.
